Rama was the son of a king named Dasarata from the Ayodya kingdom, he had a wife named Dewi Sita, because of something that made Rama and his wife and Rama's younger brother, Laksana, have to live outside the kingdom. Make his family live in a lush forest. Living in the forest and helping the ascetics made Rama and his family feel happy. Once upon a time there came a female giant named Sapunaka who changed her form into the figure of a beautiful woman to attract Rama and Selamat, but Sapunaka was unable to make Rama and Selamat interested in her and Sangat also injured Sapunaka's nose which made Sapunaka change into her original form, namely a giant. Sapunakan told Ravana about this incident. Ravana was burned by the news conveyed by his younger brother. King Ravana wanted revenge on Rama for what happened to his younger brother. In this way, King Ravana trapped Rama and Lakasana so they could kidnap the goddess Sita. This makes Rama feel like finding out the existence of Goddess Sita by going through various challenges and obstacles and looking for clues to save Goddess Sita and defeat King Ravana and other enemies.
